As part of the opportunity, franchisees will be expected to:
Set up and actively manage a physiotherapy practice
Employ a Practice Manager and suitably qualified staff
Effectively employ marketing strategies for the business
Run the new practice as a business to the same high standards as Recover Physio.
Franchisees are given the opportunity to benefit from Recover Physio’s in-depth knowledge of the physiotherapy sector and how best to run the business for clients.
How Recover Physio works with franchisees
We don’t expect applicants to have any experience of physiotherapy or the sector. Franchisees will benefit from Recover Physio’s in-depth knowledge of the physiotherapy sector and how best to run the business for clients.
As part of the offer, Recover Physio will provide support with finding and hiring physios, as well as expert training in Recover Physio’s proprietary treatment methods, monitoring, and ongoing operational support. This will include training for franchisees on the industry, operating procedures and processes that the company has developed and perfected since its inception in 2012.
Successful applicants will be fully trained in all aspects of owning and operating a Recover Physio Franchise. You will then be supported by the experienced Recover Physio team as you develop your franchise business.
Provision of software to manage your business
As part of our franchise services, we’ll provide you with all the software you’ll need to manage the business successfully. This will include:
Overarching business software: This encompasses everything from CRM, diary management, medical record storage and clinic reporting software. This software streamlines operations and improves efficiency, supporting patient care.
Exercise Prescription Software: Optimises patient care through personalising exercise plans and tracking progress, improving efficiency and the long-term outcomes for patients.
HR management software: Automates routine tasks like payroll, benefits administration, and leave management, to save time that can better be used elsewhere.
Support with finding customers
Recover Physio will support new franchises with their marketing strategies and ideas, and help them to produce a marketing plan to roll out to market to their customers. Franchise owners will be given the freedom to hone and shape the offline marketing strategy to best work in their local area.
There will be a collaborative approach to online marketing, and franchisees will work closely with the team in Norwich on social media and online presence.
Recover Physio is keen to allow franchisees to focus their energies on setting up and running the business. Therefore the franchisees’ landing pages on the main website, along with their online marketing campaigns, will be managed on their behalf.
Ongoing Support
Recover Physio will keep franchisees up to date with our latest best practice processes, operational manuals and ongoing support with back of house operations for the franchisee and any administration staff that they take on board.
Franchisees will be trained on our back end systems, including everything from booking software, diary management software, marketing streams, HR advice and staff support, and patient management.
