What Business Background
Do I Need To Become a Franchisee?
The great news is that there is no need to have any prior franchise experience. Rather, we’re looking for driven business professionals with a passion for building businesses to a high standard and improving the journey for customers.
We encourage experienced business people to apply. Our ideal candidates will understand how to run and market a business, and have some experience in managing people. You don’t have to be a business owner already - instead, you may be already involved in a senior role at a business, and be looking to start out on your own.
At Recover Physio, we are customer-centric and we pride ourselves on the high quality of our specialised, bespoke physiotherapy programmes for customers. We’re looking for someone who is able to uphold these standards in a franchise, and make sure customers are always provided with the best service.
As part of the offer, Recover Physio will make sure franchisees are provided with all of the relevant training, operations manuals and materials needed to set them up for success.
Do I Need to Have Physiotherapy Experience?
We are not looking to partner with business leaders already involved in the physiotherapy space, and there is no expectation for applicants to the franchise opportunity to have a background in physiotherapy.
Recover Physio’s founder, Stuart Wardle, has developed a proprietary treatment method which all physiotherapists will be trained in before starting at the franchise. Recover Physiotherapy will offer support with the recruitment of physiotherapists, as well as training staff in our proprietary treatment methods on your behalf.
What we’re looking for is an experienced business person with some leadership and people management experience, who is looking for a new challenge!
Currently Seeking Partners In East Anglia and Surrounding Areas
We are actively seeking franchise partners in the East Anglia region, within 2.5 hours drive from Norwich. If you are located outside this area, we encourage you to still register your interest, as we have plans for expansion in the near future. What Start-up Capital Do I Need?
The franchise fee is £22,500 plus the cost of premises, fitting out and staff training. Recover Physio will provide all the systems and processes necessary for setting up your franchise, and will provide support with finding funding, as well as recruitment and training throughout.
