She oversees all behind-the-scenes operations at Recover Physio, allowing the therapy team to concentrate on providing the highest quality care and service for patients throughout their journey to better health and wellness. Ilona’s role within our franchise network involves the training and ongoing support of franchisees in our day to day operations and processes, ensuring the smooth operation of your business to a high standard.
